Monkey Bread
Monkey Bread... because everyone sits around & picks at it like a bunch of monkeys :) Not the most appetizing picture, but trust me this stuff is addicting!
Monkey Bread
1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
1 tsp. Cinnamon
2 cans (16.3oz ea.) Pillsbury Homestyle Refrigerated Buttermilk Biscuits
1/2 cup Chopped Walnuts (optional)
1/2 cup Raisins (optional)
1 cup Brown Sugar, firmly packed
3/4 cup Butter, melted
-Heat oven to 350 degrees
-Lightly grease bundt pan with cooking spray.
-In large plastic baggie mix granulated sugar & cinnamon.
-Separate dough into 16 biscuits, cut each into quarters.
-Shake biscuit pieces in the bag to coat.
-Arrange in pan, adding walnuts & raisins (if desired) among the biscuit pieces.
-In small bowl mix brown sugar & butter, then pour over biscuit pieces.
*Bake 28-32 minutes or until golden brown & no longer doughy in center.
*Cool in pan 10 minutes.
*Turn upside down onto serving plate. Serve warm.
