My cousin, Amanda, made these for my sister's annual "Friendsgiving" party back in November. I love prosciutto & they were the perfect party food :) Simply DELICIOUS! Thanks for the recipe, Amanda!
Prosciutto Parmesan Pinwheels
1 Package (17.3 ounces) frozen puff pastry, thawed
6 ounces thinly sliced prosciutto chopped
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 cup shredded provolone cheese
1-1/4 cups shredded parmesan cheese
*Unfold puff pastry. Spread mustard over pastry. Sprinkle prosciutto & cheese. Roll up each pastry sheet. Using serrated knife, cut into 1 in. slices.
*Place on greased baking sheets. Bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until puffed & golden brown. Serve warm.
